Kelley · I’m charting a new course and scared to death — after 7 years out of the newsroom, I’m back at it, this time as a freelance contributor. Got my first assignment yesterday. Did my first interview last night. It was such a rush! Now, to figure out how it’s going to fit in with home, husband, precious ones, school runs … I’ll let you know when I’ve got it figured out! Oh, and about the salsa: Yum! My sister-in-law, who grew up in Honduras, taught me a very similar method and it’s a slam-dunk every time.
Here I go again…posting on the Holiday reunion thread!!!! Ellen and Tom are toying with coming in, so that would be wonderful!!! Any other updates guys? I also got an email from Mike F, and though he is not planning to visit our fair city in the cold and snowy winter winds of December, he didn’t tell me to stop sending him reunion invites, so I will continue to be a pest. A large number of us have expressed a desire to see Mike again, so I am crossing my fingers that he and Mary Ann will make it to a summer reunion!
